Punluc Farm Saie.On Friday last, the 11th inst., at the | Court-house door in this place, admin- l istrators’ .James J. Herrin and J. Herman Weibers, of the estate of John Purdue, deceased, made the sale of twelve hundred and eighty acres of the “Walnut. Grove Farm” in this county, belonging to said estate. The land was sold in tracts of 1 GO to 320 acres, the average price paid per acre being $20.The following were the purchasers and the land they bought.Joseph M. Itabb and Joseph L. ! Stump, of this place, got the Miller farm of 320 acres. Consideration $5,- • 120.Samuel Horn, of Ohio, one of the heirs, south-west quarter of section 30 —100 acres. Consideration $5,050.Fred.
