A CARD.At a meeting of the Managers of the Mechanics’ and Citizens’ Ball for the Benefit of the Mechanics’ Institute, it was, “Jic$olvcdt that a Committee be appointed for the purpoae of furnishing refreshments,” and it having been suggested, that a number of Ladies and Gentlemen, would cheerfully contribute Wines, Fruits, Confectionary, c. dtc., for the occasion; they are hereby respectfully invited to send such articles in that line, to the Depository of the Committee, on 8ycamera street, 2d door above the National Theatre, on or before Thursday, the 22d inst; or furnish some of the Committee with a list of®such things as they may wish to present*J.
