Changes Spelling of Name, Rev. Settle is Now Owner of IslandA complete explanation was Riven Friday afternoon by Rev. Glynn T. Settle for the difference in the spelling of his first name and by the Columbia Broadcast-, ing System. They spell it Glenn*Rev. Settle, who returned to the city Friday morning after a ten month overseas tour with his famous choir, explained the name juggling in the following manner.It goes back to his grandfather’s day. It was willed that the first male descendant to bear a combination of the Glynn and Settle names was to fall heir to an island in the I)an River in South Carolina Rev. Settle happened to be the first child no named, He was recently informed that to receive title to the island he would have to conform to the correct spelling of tse name. This he did and now owns an island.Said Rev.
