Mrs Dailey received five or six dollars apiece. Now- she charges from 10 to 15 dollars.Her quilts are made from any cotton material. She buys some of this, and the neighbors give her their scraps.It requires ' about three weeks to complete a quilt. Mrs Dailey usually pieces, lines and quilts them. A few people bring in tops that their mothers or grandmothers pieced for Mrs. Dailey to complete.Quilts sell quicklv, Mrs. Dailey says, and she often has orders in advance.
