On Jan. 18 this year the church finalized the sale of the property at the comer of N. Fairfield and Lantz roads to Wright-Patt Credit Union and have since moved into the property at 1600 Brownleigh Rd., Kettering.Charity Baptist Church was founded by Dr. Greg Estep in his garage on Mother’s Day in 1977 according to current pastor Dr. Thomas Gresham. The church has experienced steady growth over the years which prompted the congregation to build an addition to the original structure in 1985-86.
