S. C. held their regular meeting with Mrs. F. W. Jones on Feb. 7. There was a very good attendance of the ladies and the afternoon was spent in Red Cross work. The next regular meeting will be held Feb. 21, with Mrs. M. Steines,Wendell Ostermeyer, George Robinson and Lawrence Jones, with Nor-bert Da,!y of Grand Rapids, took a trip to Antigo last week as members of the debating team from the Grand Rapids High school. Altho the boys were not successful in winning tb^ debate, they had a fine trip and speak highly of the Anti go opponents and the treatment received from them. Prof, Win. Crossland had charge of the debate this year and accompanied the boys on the trip.Ray Larget of Clintonville is spending.a few days with bis parents, Mr. and Mrs. S.
