\ . E. Maggi, who has taken can-tract for constructing- the El Paso andNortheastern extension to the Saladocoal fields, is now in the city but will soon leave for Denver to engage several hundred laborers, whom he will bring back with him for the work on the road. Mr. Maggi has had extensive experience in road building in all parts of the United States.
