atccsAbout thirty-five friends and neighbors gathered at the home of Martin Miller southwest of Decatur Monday evening and spent the evening with much enjoyment, the occasion being Kdward's twenty-first birthday anniversary. (’on tests, games, singing and a number of piano solos by the Misses Esther Evans, May EUing, llul-da Hauer and Lydia Miller, extended until late in the evening, when it roundml up with a delicious luncheon, prepared by Mrs. Miller, after which “Homo, Sweet Home” was played by Will Hackman, accompanied by Mr. Baker, and the friends then departed, complimenting tlie family on their fine I j way of entertaining.
