KAREN KAY WOODS, FORMER ASHLANDGIRL, TO FFEJ901ASHLAND — Mr. and Mrs. James William Woods of Edina, Mo., formerly of Ashland, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Karen Kay, to Harlan LeRoy Hall, son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Hall of Hurdland, Mo.Miss Woods is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Everett Woods of this city and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Luther Douglass of Edina, Mo., also former Ashland residents.The wedding will take place I June 24 in the Edina Com- I munity Methodist Church. IMiss Woods is a 1966 graduate I of Knox County High School and is presently employed by the Division of Welfare as clerk-stenographer. Her fiance is a 1962 graduate of the Hurdland High school and is employed as an electrician and ear-nenter.
