As the local G.A.R. post has already opened correspondence with this obpect in view, no ac-| tion was taken by the club.Thje next regular meetin of the | club will be postponed to some date late in February, when an evening meeting will be held, at which members of the Central Wisconsin Press association will be entertained. Thisassociation, whose membership includes, practically all newspapermen in eight central Wisconsin counties, will hold its annual meeting here this moritb; the date not having been definitely fixed as yet. Twenty or thirty editors are expected to attend and the Rotary club will endeavor to make their stay a pleasant one. John W. Glennon of this city is president of the press association.
