Millen and children, to satisfy a fi fa issued from Jasper Superior Court in favor of Pitman A Hodges vs Grief Linch, trustee c. Property pointed out by defendent.One negro girl named Mahala, about nine or ten years old. Levied on as the property of Merry-man Pound under an Attachment in favor of Cardin Goolsby, returnable to Jasper Superior Court, aud sold to satisfy the fi fa upon said attachment.Also at the same time and place, H ill he soldA tract of land containing one hundred acres, more or less, adjoining lands of John L. McMichael, Aaron Waldrop and Richard Goodman; Levied on as the property of Henry B. Huff, to satisfy a mortgage fi fa from Jasper Superior Court in favor of Wm.
