The juror admitted having talked of the case in the store.Mr Jumper's cottage at Peaks Island v.as burned Jan I, 1JU6, and he was indicted for arson af the May teVm. That indictment was quashed and a new one was found n year ago. The * use was tried in September and the jury dis-i agreed.Mrs Cheever N. Clark, formerly of. Malden, is the principal witness for the State. She testified that Mr Jumper hired her to set the fire.
