L. “Bubba” Henry of Jonesboro, convention chairman, indicated the convention might convene in about 60 days to hear progress reports from its committees.The bulk of the convention’s work will be completed by the eight committees, which are assigned to research specific areas of law and government.The convention’s schedule calls for the eight 'committees to hold hearings around the state, research their subjects and draft proposed articles dealing with their specific areas.
