' those receiving one year :plna were: Jerry Cauon, Study Duke, PriacUla Anderson. Mary PhUlips, Debra Beoostt, Dora Brewer, NiU Jonea, Lam Lee, Cathrine Lika, Ms bio Mi Ui can, pauy Winkle, Elouiae Woodford,and Betty McGirt.Those receiving five year pins were: John Weeks,Zenus Boone, MaryPurdom, Dorothy Williams, EttaBledsoe, Norma Burks, Margaret Gonzales, Bobbie LeBIance, * Eunice Goines and Judy Sisco.(related photos on page 2)Council Hill ManInjured At GinDon Neumeyer, Jr. of Council Hill was Involved in an accident December 22nd at the Neumeyer Grain Company and Cotton Gin owned by his father Mr. Don Neumeyer, Sr. His right arm was caught in a saw, causing it to be amputated Thursday night by surgery. His wife Amy (Parle) Neumeyer reports he is doingvery well now and is expected to be released from the hospital in one or two days. His doctors say he will be able to be fitted with an artificial limb in two to three months.His family wishes to take this opportunity to sincerely thank everyunoforail the kindnesses shown to the family during this trying time.
