Only three of the sixteen officers were successful in securing the coveted passes. Each colonel was entitled to take a woman companion with him, and Miss Andrews wasinvited to ^ become a member oflt;the party.Miss Andrews stood near Marshal Foch’s reviewing stand throughont the ceremonies.
