WHEREAS. THE FULLERTON HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION, a Corporation, by A. PIHROTTI. President, and GEORGE (\ BRYAN, Secretary, by Deed of Trust, dated January 1 ♦, 1915, and recordedMarch 29, 1915. In Book 263, Page 261 of Deeds, Records of Orange County, California, did grant and convey the premises therein and hereinafter described to the GERMAN AMERICAN TRUST AND SAVINGS BANK, a Corporation, as Trustee, to secure, among other things, payment of a certain promissory note, dated January 16, 1915, made by saidFullerton Hospital Association by its said President and Secretary, in favor of W. P. McArthur for the sum of THIRTY-FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY DOLLARS and SIX CENTS ($3570.06), payable nine lt;9) months from the date thereof, with interest thereon at the rate of Seven Per Cent per annum, payable quarterly; andWHEREAS, default lias been made in the payment of said note in that the same was not, nor was any part thereof, paid when duo, although demanded, nor has said note, nor any part thereof since been paid; and WHEREAS, the said Deed of Trust provides that in case default shall fumade in the payment of any sums lt;*fprincipal or interest when due, the holder of said note might declare the whole amount of said principal and interest immediately due and payable, and might demand that said Trustee sell the property therebv granted: andWHEREAS, the said W. P McArthur, the owner and holder of said note, has declared tliat default, has been made inthe payment thereof, as aforesaid, andin consequence thereof on December 15. 1915, he elected to and did then declare the full sum of principal and interest of said note to be immediately due and payable, and demanded that the said Trustee should sell the premises granted by said Trust Deed to accomplish the objects of the Trust therein expressed;NOW THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the undersigned, by virtue of the authority vested in it as Trustee, will sell, at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash in geld roin of the United States on Monday, the Thirty-first day of January, 1916, at the hour of Twelve O’Clock Noon of said day, at the Broad-wav entrance of the County Court House, in the City of Los Angeles. County of Los Angeles, State of California, all the interest conveyed to ft by the aforesaid Deed of Trust in and to that certain real prop-rtv therein described, situate in the lt;ity of Fullerton.
