V *0 illAlpl AUAUUT iOn Friday of Inst week Pleasant Valley had electric lights installed in the schoolhouse which was greatlyenjoyed by everyone in the district as Mlsa Haiel Owens, teacher, gave a very interesting program which everyone present enjoyed. The mtt-sic was furnished by the Knopp Bros, orchestra. When the program was over, Mr. Dale Hunt acted as auctioneer and sold some very nice boxes. In addition to the boxes some of the ladies served sandwiches, pie and coffee. About thirty dollars was taken in to help pay for the electric lights.
