Wednesday evening the North Lawrence Christian Church W. F. C, W. ladies held their annua! Christmas party at the church. A program was presented with the pastor, Jack Nicholson, singing, ‘There's a Song in the Air,*' accompanied by Mrs. Nicholson, on the piano. Mrs. Hollo Jefferies gave a Christmas reading, and there was group singing of the loved old carols. Each secret friend was presented a gift and a gift exchange was a feature. After the program they all repaired to the Fellowship Hall where Mrs. M. WhiUsit, Mrs. Dennis Statler and Mrs. B. Fairbanks were the hostesses who served on the rcfresh-emtn committee.
