Ladies UnionAuxiliary HasHoliday Partyflf(1A decorated Christmas tree and fireplace highlighted yesterday afternoon’s Christmas party held by members of the Ladies Auxiliary, Textile Workers Union of America, (AFL-CIO-CLC), at the union hall, 159 Main St., Biddeford.The decorating committee was, comprised of Mrs. Mary Janeil Arel, Mrs. Irene Paterson and Mrs. Adelina Letourneau. Music was provided by Miss Bella Boucher and winners of the games were Mrs. Rachel Poisson, Mrs. Margaret Binette and Mrs. Lu-cienne Gosselih.Dinner was served by Mrs. Arel, while the Santa Claus centerpiece and assorted pastries were created by Mrs. Paterson.At the head table were President Mrs. Arel, Vice President Mrs. Paterson, Margaret Libby who was Santa Claus; Mrs. Bessie Clough, Mrs. Exilia Romeo, Mrs. Eva Dinsmore, Miss Alice Linnie and Miss Mildred Linnie.Others attending were Miss Robella Boucher, Mrs. Rachel Poisson, Mrs. Rose Whitten, Mrs. Margaret Binette, M r s. Bernadette Hebert, Mrs. Emelia Mercier, Miss Lucianna Gosse-lin, Mrs. Cora LeProhon, Mrs. Evelyn LeBlanc, Mrs. Anna Forcier, Mrs. Adelina Letourneau and Mrs, Dorilda Palar-dis.Gift were exchanged, refreshments served by Mrs. Emilia Mercier and Mrs. Bernadette Hebert won the Santa Claus guessing contest.
