Christmas customs' In their . native lands were related by five foreign women, dressed In costumes ot their countries, at the annual Christmas party q{ Chapter Z. P. E. O,, at the home of Mrs. J. G, Hildebrand. 726 Third street west, .Monday evening.The speakers were Mrs. W. J. King. .England; Mrs. Einar Hansen, Denmark; Mrs. Wilfred Wagstrom, Sweden; Mrs. Andrew Gouzouas, Greece, and Mrs. Marie Gonsales, Mexico. They were introduced by Mrs.- V. V. Allen, who with Mrs-Leo Mak, made arrangements for theprogram. , ,,Mrs A. S. Weishaar led the group in the singing .of Christmas carols. Christmas greetings to absent members were written and generous donation of gifts [or those at the county home was taken. Mrs. Donald Shepherd and Mrs, Ft. E. Lynn were in charge of the donations..Mrs, Hildebrand, assisted by Mmes. Floyd Bump and Francis Simpson, served refreshments to the 50 members present. .Christmas wreaths on the mantet and other Yuletide aopointmcnts wereused as decorations thruout the home.1
