WinterHarbor.Mrs. E. Hamilton of Prospect Ilarbor is spending a few weeks with her daughter, Mts. Etta Grpver.On Sunday evening fine clarinet music was furnished in the Baptist church by Mr. Guy Farrar, who is one of our young musicians and has an exceptional talent.The ladies sewing circle gave a fair in Globe hall on Thursday evening. A large number were present.Winter Harbor has lost one of its most estimable citizens by the death of Capt. J.«H. Smallidge who died at his home on Friday evening after a long illness. He was at the time of his death tax collector of the town. He leaves a widow and seven children. The funeral services , were conducted by the Masons.J There will be a Christmas tree in theBaptist churclfon Christmas eve.Mrs. Annie Smallidge left for Boston Monday.
