Notice of Application.Notice is hereby given to the citizens of Laconia. and Boone township, Harrison county, Indiana, that the undersigned, a male inhabitant over the ago of 21 years, of said town, township, county and State, will make application to the Board of Commissioners of Har rison county, at the regular session of said Board of Commissioners to be convened and held in the town of Corydon, on the first Mondav of January, 1902, for license to retail and sell intoxicating liquors, to-wit: spirituous, vinous, malt and other intoxicating liquors in a less quantity than five gallons at a time to be drauk on the premises described as follows, to-wit:The west front room of the two-story frame building situated on tbe west end of lot number forty-one (41) in tbe town of Laconia, Boone towu8bip, Harrison county. Indiana. Said building fronts on Cross street in said town, and the remainder of said building is to be used for a dwelling. Said room is situated on the ground door, Is lt;W feet long aud 14 feet 0 inches wide, with an 8-foot celling. It contains a door in front.7 feet by 3 feet 2 Inches; one door in east side, 6 feet 4 inches by 2 feet 6 inches; one door In we*t side. 7 feet tf inches by 2 feet 11 Inches; window in south end 5 feet 0 Inches by 2 feet 10 inches; window in north end, 5 feet 6 inches by 2 feet 10 inches.
