Biir Ricgway, executive director of Panorama City, and Fritz Burns, president of Kaiser Homes, took Rudolph in a specially constructed pen-on-wheels to KTLA. yesterday where all three appeared on the “Magazine of the Week” show over Channel 5.This was also a forerunner to a second personal appearance tomorrow at 2 p.m. for the Christmas party at Chase St. School in the Panorama community. Rudolph was spruced upfor both occasions with a new cnai. of red mereurochrome on his nose, and several meals o£ lichen moss from a 50-pound bale which just arrived by air express from. Nome, Alaska.Rudolph and the eight other reindeer who bear the well-known names of St. Nick's sleigh team, arrived the day after Thanksgiving by air from Nome and have since been pastured in the S-300 block on Van N u y s Blvd..
