Sanders are' the appraisers. ;The two properties upon which a settlement hinges are Liberty lot, Fourth and Main sfreetH, and half of a' lot and building occupied by the Joplin Hardware company, at Nbs. (523-24 Main street.Offers for Liberty Lot.Two provosal« regarding these properties aro under consideration iiy, the teirs, their attorneys and the appraisers. The first is an offer by several prominent Joplin realestate dealers to purchase Liberty lot, which has a 75-foot frontage, on Main street and is considered one of the moat! valuable properties in the city. ,.Fear has been expressed that this proposition will fall 'through as, the negotiators are unable to agree on a purchase price. Should this obstacle he surmounted, however, it is understood that a, largo building will be erdbted on the .property.A division of the property between „tbo two heirs -forms the basis ot the second proposition.
