DEAL CLOSED^ fin Affairs of the Silver Hills WaterCompany.A deal was closed Saturday by which Messrs. J. V. Kelso, I. P. Leyden, Charles W. Schindler, Claude Balthus, Prof. I. G. Strunk and Will Lewis, purchased the two-thirds interest in the Silver Hills Water Company, formerly held by J. F. Gebkart and the SecondNational Bank.The other one-third interest is ownedby Col. W. W. Tuley, George Tuley and Thomas Tuley The company is capitalized for $9,000 but the price paid for the two-thirds interest was not learned. The company secured its water from the New Albany Water Company.
