Mr. Loomis didnot want to act as chairman, and Isaac II.-Munro of'Camillas was finally induced to take the position. -A Deficiency ofNelson II.' Chapman, secretary of the fair association, presented the anuual report* showing-disbursements and rc-reipts of the organization. The total deficiency amounted to $2,355,17* which Included rent due Mr, Kirk, miscellaneous hills and unpaid premiums. Those present were prepared for the report* haring been notified by a circular that the rent for the grounds had not been paid. . The secretary said he had deferred making itp his report until the last moment in order to ascertain if the Indebtedness might not be reduced.The next order of business was to appoint n'nominating committee to n a metwelve directors.
