Shaw and Mrs Jim Peat/ directing A number called Jingle Bells” and another,Looby Lou1 was an action dance by the pre school children assisier by the teacher, Mrs. Bob McMurrav and Mrs. Jim Peats Mrs Jim Burgess, Mrs Don Bicknell and Miss Linda McNaughton presented a group ‘Ten Little Christmas Flowers” consisting of girlsfrom grades 1 to 3 and they gave a fine demonstration of the twist as well. Between these numbers, Jo-Anne Selurch k o tap danced to TheChristmas Doll.”Londonderry School’s con tributfon was a popular choral group led by Mrs B Reich muth and accompanied on the piano by Mrs. C McKinnonMrs L Barsalou, of MinniskaSchool had her group do a square dance which was followed by a girls’ choir from Thunder Creek School which Mrs C McKinnon accompanied on the piano. Also from Thunder Creek was Jeannie Ben i.ett who favored the audience with a tap dance.M this time, Burke Garnett R. C. Smellie and Bill Uhry-niuk led in carol singing of lt;-ome of the old time favorites, accompanied by Miss Nel-liene Leifer on the piano.Mr. Jack Dow handled theurtain duties while Grant Clement acted as sound manMr Jack Dow. exalted ruler of the Elks’ Lodge expressed the appreciation of the lodge to those who had assisted with the concert and presented them with gifts.Santa arrived amid much bell ringing and merriment about this time and whenvisiting with the children, gave them each a bag of treatsto take home.
