Candy Stripers hear Mr. . speak at cappingPORT ALLEGANY— Donald Klahr, director of nurses and anethesist at Charles Cole Memorial Hospital in Couredsport was the guest speaker at capping ceremonies for Community Hospital Candy Stripers held Tuesday evening of last week at the Trinity Methodist Church.* Mr. Klahr spoke on the many different vocations of the nursing profession.Miss Darlene Niles and Miss Jainda Glase, directors of the Candy Stripers, presented the following girls with caps:Ruth Anderson. Debbie Burr, Helen Christensen, Sue Foster, Cheryl Jones, Debbie Kio, Debbie Lathrop, Judy Lynsavage, Debbie McLaughlin, Denise Myer, Sue Orlowski, Judy Royal, Terri Sullivan, Barbara Winston. and our exchange student from Australia, Lisa Allen.• The following three girls received citations signed by Mr. McFarland, hospital administrator, for donating over 40 hours to the hospital: Sandy Freer. Jliss Winston and Sandy Mitchell.‘Mrs. Mary Kupper, director of nurses at the Community Hospital, gave a short talk and the Rev. James Allen gave the invocation. Following the ceremony refreshments were served.» _
