Death of One of Massil Ion’s Pioneer Residents.FUNERAL SUNDAY AFTERNOON.Mr. Graybill was Born in York County, Pa., in 1821—HeHad Been Employed at Russell Co.’s for Many Years as a Carpenter and Later Became a Contractor and Builder—John B. Russell Passes Away Thursday—Death of a State Hospital Patient.Samuel Graybill, one of Massillon's pioneer residents, died of heart trouble at bis home, 201 Wooster street, Friday morning at 12:20u’elock. The deceased had been ill for six months past but had been able to be about the house until Thursday morning, when he was compelled byweakness to go to bed. Mr. Graybill was born in York county, Pa., in 1821 and in 1852 came to Oliio with hisbride. Mr. and Mrs. Graybill settledfirst in Hum ley, Harrison county, but m 1855 tlmy came to .Massillon vvher**, at their present home, they have lived ever since. Mrs. Graybill and six children survive. The childrt n are Christian and Samuel Graybill, Mrs.Frank Huff and Miss Della Graybill,of this city; Mrs. Jacob Wolf, of West Brook fild, and Franklin Graybill, of Canton. Fifteen grandchildren andfour great-grandchildren also survive.The deceased was a member |f the First Reformed church. For many years Mr. Graybill was employed as a carpenter at Kussell’s shop bet in later years he has been a contractor ana builder. The funeral will take place from the Reformed church Sunday afternoon, the lie®'. O. P. Foust officiating. The hour will be announced later.
