IIFraternity HoldsFounders' DinnerApproximately 100 attended the annual Founders’ Day dinner of the Texas Tech and alumni chapters of Kappa Sigma fraternity Wednesday night at the Chicken Shack.Buddy Wayne Gibbons, president of the campus chapter, pre-sided.
