The Ladies Aid Society of the First Christian Church met with Mrs. R. W. Walker Monday afternoon at 3-o’clock. Alter, a short business session plans for a Christmas tree and a program by the small children of the Sunday School, to be held _at the church on Christmas eve were discussed, but not completed, as will be reported next week. Their next meeting will be with Mrs. Ura Embry on next. Monday afternoon, where they will elect officers for the coming year. They earnestly request every member who can to be present and extend a hearty invitation to all others who will join them in this work to attend. After adjournment Mrs. Walker served delicious refreshments which were heartily enjoyed by all present.
