Cedric Wernicke is Academy* CandidateAppointments of candidates for admission to the U. S. Naval Academy at Annapolis to fill three vacancies, have been announced by Congressman George J. Schneider, among whom was Cedric B. Wernicke, Sturgeon Bay, as principal candidate. A principal and three alternates are appointed for each vacancy. '} These boys will take examinations in February, 1937, and the successful candidates admitted in July, 1937. Alternates are permitted to take the examinations and are eligible for appointment If the principal or the alternates above them foil to pass the examination.
