G. Scw;u-d and proved to be one of the most enjoyable sodal events of the season. During: the early evening hours the following rexcellent program furnished entertainment for I lie guests:Poll call—Current events.Recitation—Mrs Elizabolli II. Clawson. ' .Recitation—Mrs. Murray i), ITrm-ston.Recitation—Miss Sadie B Seward.Between each recitation some very fine music, hoth vocal and instrumental was rendered by Miss Marie Slade, Mrs. Frank Sfillikin, Miss Mina Rosenerans.The house was artistically .decorated in Yu to lido dross with holly, poinsettias and imitnncrablc Christ-mas bells and presented a glowing picture.A I; oJevnn b’rdoek MJrs.
