Powell of C:ii mi. She was greatly impressed by Mrs. Powell’s charm and dynamic personality, and gave her the appointment of Organizing Regent.Having been members of the DAR for some time. Powell was then making her home, and the vast amount of historical research necessary for establishing new lines was begun.
