Barbara Townley, and narrator Rev Ronald Hubbard of St.Barnabas PresbyterianChurch, supported by the combined band and chorus.In addition to its participation with the band in “The Song of Christmas ’, the Choral Club, directed by Betty Shif-flet, will also sing a selection of seasonal favorites, including Irving Berlin’s “White Christmas”. “Sleigh Ride” by LeRoy Anderson, “Caroling, Caroling and “We’ll Dress The House by Alfred Bund, and “A Joyful Allelulia” by Gordon Young.The Concert Band, under the baton of Joe Frank, will present the familiar “Jesus, Joy of Man’s Desiring,’’ by Johann Sebastian Bach, a special arrangement of “Adeste Fi-deles by Morton Gould, “Coventry Carol” by Lloyd Conley, and selections from “Scenes from the Louvre” by Norman Dello Joio.The Richardson Concert Band had its debut in Richardson this summerCHARLES GARDNERSchoolsattractedGardnerRrownin
