The north half of the north went quarter of the southwest quarter of section “ J twenty eight (28) III township sixteen (16) south of range ten (10) east, containing twenty (20) a*resHalcJ property to be sold at the time and place aforesaid, for the ptiroose of satisfying the said plaintiff, in the amount due on a certain promissoryi j note and mortgage as set forth in thepetition in said cause, and with interestanct attorneys fees, amounting to thesum of Four thousand ami fifty dollars and eighty two cents (94050 82} and which said sum, together with Interest thereon, at the rate of ten per cent per annum from the date of said decree until paid, was decreed to he a first li *n on the property hereinbefore described, to get her with the costs thereof to betaxed, and other expenses, allowancesand disbursements as may hereafter be fixed by the Court, and the undersigned Special Master, for the purpose of satisfying s«id decree, and by virtue of theauthority vested in him. will, at thetime and place in this notice specified.offer for sale and sell at public auction, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with the terms of said decree, the said real estateA.
