Perin by a Camden man.Kay Caldwell, 11096 227 S. U.K. No. 3, Camden, contends he was severely injured when he slipped and fell on ice at 1957 Stahlheber Hoad Dec. 17, 1972 Thataddress was his residence when the accident occurred. He charges Perin with neglecting to repair a defective drainage ditch along the road in lront of his residence. Caldwell says ice formed on his driveway from water that overflowedfrom the ditch onto his property.According to the suit, Caldwell notified the engineer of the defective condition of the ditch on several occasions, but theditch w as not repaired. The suit claims that, by law, the engineer is responsible forthe repair and maintenance of the county drainage ditches.
