Masquer Studio Players.Old-time melodramas will continue to be the forte of the Masquer Studio Players, according to Director Howard Rooney, who acknowledges that there is a possibility that a permanent company of amateurs may be formed to give these old favorites.The Players concluded “Uncle Tom’s Cabin” last night and already manuscripts of “Dot, the Miner’s Daughter,” “Miss Topsy Turvey” and “Tony, the Convict” are being scanned as possibilities.“Terry, the Tramp” will be staged December 18, 19 and 20 as the eighth production of the current season for the Masquers. In the cast are John Olmstead m the title role, Annamae Burns, Winifred Braiiigan, Evelyn Braunsreuter, Agnes Tighe, Francis Sehimberg, Edward Elliott and John Burns.
