WEIRTOPARADE WINNERS — Pictured are principals in Thursday’s trophy presentation to representatives of winning entries in Weirton’s fifth annual Christinas parade Nov. 27. They are (LEFT TO RIGHT) Richard Martin, parade chairman; Tony Blinn of the Rotary Club, a winner in the small float division; Mrs. Harold Borza Sr. of the Hancock County Easter Seal Society for Crippled Children and Adults, winner in the small float division; Lynn DeStefano of the Brooke High Distributive Education Club, second place winner in the large float division; Mrs. Russell Flinn of the Wcirton Heights PTA, first place winner in the large float division, and Mrs. James Givens, president of the Hancock County Council of PTA’s winner in the decorated car category.
