Committee Completes Arrangements for Anniral Memorial Meeting.Arrangements for the Elks’ memorialservice, at Music Hall, Sunday afternoon, are completed. The musical numbers are among the best of the Orpheus Club’s selections. Past Grand Exalted Ruler Edwin B. Hay, of Washington, D. C., who will deliver the eulogy', is a polished and gifted orator. Hillsboro and Lebanon, O.. and Connersville (Ind.) lodges will join with Cincinnati, No. 6 in the services.Past Exalted Rulers of Cincinnati Lodge, Louis O’Shaughneasy, A. J. Gilllgan, Wm. C. Zeigler, George R. Griffiths, E. W. Donham, C. H. Kleinfelter, Eugene U. Lewis and Dr. Edw. 8. Keefer have been added to the Reception Committee under Chairman Norman G. Kenan, who is also a Past Exalted Ruler of the lodge. The Committee of Arrangements has issued a circular of detailed information to the members of the lodge.The doors of Music Hall will be opened at 2 o’clock and the services will bejrin at 2:80. fSaturday night the customary banquet to the speakers of the occasion will be given in the Shrine parlors at the Scottish Rite Cathedral.A rehearsal of the memorial service ritual will be held at the lodgerooms tonight.
