H. Luecke. who will be the cheese maker and mangaer.Installation of equipment has been virtually completed. Mr. Luecke declr.red, and everythingwill be ready for the handling of whatever milk may be brought to ihe factory Monday.Milk routes to assure en adequate daily supply have not vet been worked up. but a number of farmers in the vicinity of Blytheville have already indicated their intention of bringing their milk to the factory, and Mr. Luecke i*- confident that he will have enough to ftart Monday, lie urges *hat farmers wishing to sell their milk to the factory be on hand with it notlater than lu o'clock in the morningConfidence that Blytheville uill provide a market for a large part of the factory's output is expressed by thlt;* manager, who has already made arrangcm?nts with some localstores to handle the Blythevilleproduct. iMr. Luecke has a private piocess by which cheese is made with pasteurized milk, the resultant product being one of unusual quality.
