The County Commissioners met in regular session Monday morning, when Thomas J. Caldwell and O. A. Martin stepped gracefully down and out and Daniel Kerschner and Sexton E. Thomas were sworn in. Messrs. Caldwell and Martin have made fair officials and retire with the general good will of the people.
