MISS KEKR COUNTY — Bob Barton, president of the Kerrville Jaycees, presents Julie Mosty a trophy for winning the Miss Kerr County title last night. Julie was selected winner of the Miss Kerr County Pageant from a field of 37girls. She was also winner of Miss Congeniality and Evening Gown Awards. Julie will represent the county at public gatherings and will he eligible to enter the .Miss South Texas Pageant next year. This was the first beauty pageant of its type to be sponsored by the Jaycees.(Photo by Jorns).
