As he eU.-ted under a phonv name he don't know from nuttin about himself, except that hecame from Los Angeies.Going back to LA to try to findout about himself, he runs into his past very abruptly. It seems that heonce double-crossed tig shot Sonny Tuft* And that he was a double-narrelled heller who delighted in maiming hi* wife. Fllen Drew But he s a good boy now.Tufts is out tp get him, and the fur flies.It »ill hardly live in your memory.Melvyn Douglas, excellent light comedian, is hampered by bad writing throughout. Others in the cast, ditto.The big moment comes when a key to a New Orleans hotel room is found. Both Douglas and Jay C.FIippen police inspector, got theright idea obout that key at thesame time On it hinges the whole plot But how it gave them the rightidea is a mystery to this reviewer.Maureen O'Hara i? supposed to be very noble cha* acter.
