THE BABY SHOW AT THE ORANGE COUNTY FAIR*(Wednesday's Tlmes-Press).Despite the rnin which started to fall about 10 o’clock•(his morning, a larsrc number of visitors had already arrived in this city and were on their way to the fair grounds,where tluv took shelter in the various tent.', and halls.The chief attraction for today was the baby show,which was under the supervision of Assistant Secretary William I'\ Kovee, assisted bv Mrs. Charles J.
