uCub Pack 142 Enjoys Outingj LEXINGTON, Aug. 28 (Spl.) - A meeting for Pack 142 wa*s held Monday night on the school cam;| pus.The cub scouts and den moth-rs gathered early and the cubs en-I joyed a baseball game before dark. Following the game a covered dish supper was spread on the lawn near the band hall and parents I and children shared good food and j fellowship.Colquitt Reynolds, cubmaster,! called a brief business meeting after the meal and plan’s for the Sep-tember meeting were discussed. The sponsoring institution, Friendship Class of the Methodist Church, will be busy the next two weeks signing up comittemen that the Pack may be reorganized by Sep-j tember 30th.Present were Mr. and Mrs. Colquitt Reynolds and Joe Boyd, Mr. and Mrs. Werner Ahrendt and Dennis.
