Despite the cut m the budget under whlch^ the fair la operated this year the contract was—signed last' week oncpDirector Kem 3s now awaiting final instructions concerning the class of programs* cesircd.The hand, numbering 31 pieces, attired in their new tan and gold uni-forms and with all the appur-tances, including tympanies, hells, chimes, etc., will leave for Columbus Thursday. The bond will occupy the main gTand stand and will furnish both afternoon and evening programs. Henry Storam will accompany the band in the double capacity of musician and vocalist.Director Kern in announcing success after five years of effort to get a Zanesvlllo band at the state fair praised the cooperation he received ficm County Chairman.
