The farmerettes were not satisfied with donating their services but they also paid for their admission. The entertainment consisted of singing1, recitations, impersonations, camp songs and medleys. The program^, was enjoyed by the audience and the farmerettes were lib-jerally applauded, Seventeen farmerettes took part in the entertainment and after they had finished they helped serve ice cream. The profits from the affair amounted to about $25. The money was given to the church to help pay the pastor’s salary, and to pay running expenses.
