u.Cayugans' wind up their S band concert season 2Before an estimated 3,000 people, the Cayugans' under the direction of Mike Cervo made their final appearance of the season last Monday evening at Hoopes Park.Appearing along with the Cayugans were some of the finest singers in central New York including Veralyn Vedora, Priscilla Malek, Pat Rumsey, Iau Socio, and the vocal trio, “The Harmonettes.”Also appearing during the summer were “Two Jills and a Jack,*' “Sammy Speno and his orchestra,” Marge Teeter, and the I.akelanders Chorus.A special arrangements for the Cayugans' were written by Joe Cappiello, Frank Koti. and Dave Harrienger.Frank Barber of W.M.B.O. was Master of Ceremonies.Members of the Cayugans are:On sax, Mike Signorelli, Frank Agati, Francis Godfrey, Peter -'j Borza, , and Joe Hannig; on . trombone, Jimmy Clayton, . Warren Smith, and Mark sn Clymer; on trumpet, Frank Fob; Frank Fiore, Dave Harrienger, and Mike Cervo; on drums Dick jlt;(1 Howard; on piano, Joe Cappiello; JUN and on bass Tony Botindari.These concerts were made plij possible by a grant from the Music Performance Trust Fund, fro a public service organization w|j created and financed by the ^ Recording Industries under agreements with the American 1 Federation of Musicians.
