Born Dec. 28, 1908, at Kansas City, Mo., the son of Stephen ana Anna Gracheck, he had moved to the Fayetteville area four years from Independence, Mo., and was a retired self-employed wholesale florist m Independence. He was a member of the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church of Fayetteville.Survivors are four sons, Stephen Joseph Gracheck of Fayetteville, James Edward Gracheck of Kansas City, Mo., John Steven Gracheck of Minneapolis and Ernest William Gracheck of Albuquerque, N.M.; a brother, Louis Gracheck of Kansas City, Mo.; a sister Mrs. Rose Heller of Kansas City, Mo. and 11 grandchildren.A rosary service will be at 7:30 p.m. today at Speaks Memorial Chapel in Independence with the funeral mass at 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Independence. Burial will be in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Kansas City, Mo. under the direction of Speaks Memorial Chapel of Independence, Mo.Local arrangements were under the direction of Moore’s Chapel.
